Customer support (with knowledge of German)

Main role:
- Supporting German-speaking customers in resolving their voice problems on the incoming phone line
- Backend support through chats and by means of a ticket system
- Advising customers on services, identifying their needs and selling additional services (incoming calls only)

Working conditions:
- Schedule - normal 40 hours per week, 8/5, Mon-Fri, daytime changes
- competitive salary (5000 PLN brutto) + monthly bonuses (950 PLN brutto for front desk work; 650 PLN brutto for backend support work; 1000-3000 PLN brutto for sales work)
- compensation of rental costs (500 PLN, starting from the 4th month)
- Social package (gym membership, private health care, insurance, discounts on goods and services of partner companies)

Requirements:
- German B2+
- Willingness to gain interesting and valuable experience
